Main parts of non woven system
The role of spinneret is to transform viscous flow of polymer melt or solution into small section with special section, and solidify through solidified medium, such as air or solidification bath. It is used for the uniform exit of the tow.
Two cooling blower for each other pressure gauges, pressure switches, air channel transfer baffles, air oil and water filter separators, cooling fan control cabinet and so on. Two cooling fans share a control cabinet to automatically control the start and stop of the two typhoon machines. The cooling wind can be taken directly from the air or from the outlet of the fan.
Control the pressure oil temperature of oil pressure system, stabilize oil temperature and oil pressure, prolong oil use time, improve the efficiency of mechanical lubrication and reduce wear. Freeze dry air to guarantee the quality of the product.
