The net seeding area of seedling bed required per mu of field was determined by stubble type, variety characteristics, transplanting age and number of basic seedlings. The seeding amount per square meter of seedling bed was 150g sprout grain (about 120g dry grain) for small seedlings and 50g ~ 100g sprout grain (about 40g ~ 80g dry grain) for medium seedlings. For large seedlings, 30g ~ 50g bud grain (25g ~ 40g dry grain) should be sown less for long seedling age. Seedbed with water watering, so that the bed soil moisture in a saturated state, a leaf before the heart period not watering. After sowing and pressing the seeds into the mud, cover the soil with a thickness of 0.5cm ~ 1.0cm. Cultivation of medium and large seedlings seedbed seeding after covering soil, the use of dry seedling special herbicide weeding, such as 67㎡ seedling bed with dry seedling net a bag of water 5kg spray before the bed, closed weeding.
