PP spunbonded non-woven fabrics and PP melt-blown non-woven fabrics are world famous non-woven fabrics. Both non-woven fabrics are made of PP (polypropylene)

PP spunbond or melt-blown nonwovens use different manufacturing processes when working on the production line.

PP spinning bonding by aligning the bonding device with spinning, the fiber spinning and the formation of the web are combined. As the molten polymer leaves the spinneret, the fibers form and are hardened by cooling air and deposition on a moving conveyor belt. Can produce single to multilayer nonwovens, such as S/SS/SSS/SMS/SSMS/SMMS/SSMMS etc... This means that one layer of fibers is unfolded again on top of another and then thermally glued together.

Non-woven fabric is layered or shingled structure, layer number increases with the increase of base weight; High strength-to-weight ratio compared to other woven and knitted structures. PP spunbond nonwovens have tensile, tear and burst strength, elongation at break, weight, thickness, porosity, and heat and chemical resistance. These properties reflect the composition and structure of the fabric

4.How long is your delivery time?
Generally the production time needs 3-6 months upon condition. We will confirm you the exact time when you place order.
