The machine is suitable for the production of nonwovens by spinning and hot rolling strengthening methods. PP is the main material; Color Masterbatch, antioxidant and flame retardant are used as its additives to produce nonwovens with different colors and elements to meet the needs of different uses. SMS composite non-woven fabric production line is a machine composed of two spunbonded spinning systems and one melt blown spinning system.

The first spunbonded spinning system forms the first layer of yarn web, then the melt blown spinning system forms the second layer of yarn web, and then the second spunbonded spinning system forms the third layer of yarn web.

The three-layer mesh is bonded by the hot rolling mill, and finally cut and wound by the rolling mill to form SMS composite non-woven fabric.
